How do you support the artist creating a permanent art installation nestled between  a  new 39-story apartment tower and the new 16-story Department of Public Works?

By supporting the artist's clearly articulated statement, the color applied to the 20 sculptures reference the San Francisco topography and light characteristics of the Pacific Ocean from dawn to dusk.
