How can you create a sense of place on a busy thoroughfare for Senior Housing?

Mary Helen Rogers, the buildings namesake, was a community activist in San Francisco for 40 years. Rogers fought to protect the rights of African American families from the fallout of urban renewal. The dynamic exterior palette is inspired by her personal love of color and the interior palette responds to the visual ergonomics of the aging eye.
