BDE Architecture and AMCAL Housing selected us to develop a palette combining warm colors and modern materials for the exterior of the new Bayview Apartments in Emeryville. Holding 186 units, this new development needed a solution to attract residents and feel distinguished in the urban industrial surroundings.
