How do you make an invisible beige building stand out in its surroundings in order to attract new technology tenants?

The building is across from San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center. It is located on the corner of two major thoroughfares and visible from the elevated freeway a few blocks away. By placing contrasting colors around each window in a random pattern, the highly visible building is now attracting new technology tenants.
