Exploratory Consultation

  • One virtual meeting for up to 90 minutes - Client can review any aspect of a project regarding color with Consultant.

Color Investment - Plan One
General Scope can be tailored to best suit your project

  • Consultant sends Client a questionnaire to establish scope of areas to be colored. 

  • One Virtual Meeting for up to One Hour - This allows Consultant to understand the property, materials, given elements, and the Client goals. This meeting will establish direction for design and general budget. 

  • One Site Visit for up to Two Hours - Consultant will tour the property with physical paint chips to review color and material selections. 

  • One Color Design Concept - Consultant will study the information from the on-site meeting to prepare One color design concept.

  • Color Specifications Sheet - Consultant will issue a written spreadsheet detailing colors, placements, and finishes.​

Color Investment - Plan Two
General Scope can be tailored to best suit your project

  • Consultant sends Client a questionnaire to establish scope of areas to be colored. 

  • Virtual Meeting for up to One Hour - This allows Consultant to understand the property, materials, given elements, and the Client goals. This meeting will establish direction for design and general budget. 

  • Plans, Elevations, Photographs - To be shared with Consultant; Consultant will study all documents for the project.

  • One Site Visit for up to Two Hours - Consultant will tour the property to study the property and take high-resolution digital photographs. 

  • Two Color Design Concepts - Consultant will study the information at Studio to prepare two color design concepts.

  • Renderings - Client shares a high-resolution photograph or elevations of the project with Consultant. Consultant will digitally render the image to contextually demonstrate the two color design concepts. ​​

  • Second Virtual Meeting - Consultant and Client review and select one color design concept. Consultant allows for two hours of revisions on the selected color design concept. 

  • Labeled Documents - Consultant will issue up to ten labeled photographs for detailed placement.

  • Color Specifications Sheet - Consultant will issue a spreadsheet detailing colors, placements, and finishes.

Signature Color Design Service
General Scope can be tailored to best suit your project

  • Consultant sends Client a questionnaire to establish scope of areas to be colored. 

  • Virtual Meeting for up to One Hour - This allows Consultant to understand the property, materials, given elements, and the Client goals. This meeting will establish direction for design and general budget. 

  • Plans, Elevations, Photographs - To be shared with Consultant; Consultant will study all documents for the project.

  • One Site Visit - Consultant will tour the property to study the property and take extensive high-resolution digital photographs. All given colors, materials, and finishes to be documented.

  • Color Design Concepts - Consultant will develop two initial palettes of color recommendations. Consultant uses large format color samples to study the initial recommendations.

  • Renderings - Consultant prepared digital photographs for renderings in Photoshop to illustrate the color design concepts.

  • Second Virtual Meeting - Consultant and Client review and select one color design concept for mock-up on site. 

  • Approve Colors - Paint contractor to provide color matches to Consultant. Consultant reviews all color matches for accuracy prior to on site mock-up.

  • Mock-Up Diagram - Consultant diagrams a site mockup document for Paint Contractor. 

  • Mock-Up Review - Consultant labels paint placements on digital photographs / architectural plans and elevations if available for paint transitions. 

  • Color Specifications Sheet - Consultant issues a written specification sheet detailing colors, placements, and paint finishes for all areas to be colored through labeled photographs and documents for detailed placement.

  • Punch List - Consultant conducts one punch list on site visit to identify any items requiring attention.

  • Mock-Up Review - Consultant will review physical mock-ups on building to confirm color and material selections.
